Can Plans Be Modified?
Yes. Each plan is a framework but because it’s tailored to your individual needs, there is some flexibility available in scope and cost.
What is Your Refund Policy?
All marketing plans require a commitment of at least 12 months to measure the metrics gathered and make effective real-time adjustments. That being said, the Basic and Growth plans both have a client opt-out clause at 90 days. We feel that this is the absolute minimum time with which to gather meaningful data and measure results.

Because of the nature of crafting a comprehensive website design and marketing initiative, the Custom plan is treated differently. Feel free to contact us to learn the details.

Do You Control the Content?
No. You, the client, has absolute access to all assets used. Graphics, copy, pictures, and anything else. Your content is entirely in your control, even if you’re paying us to manage it. Dropbox or Evernote are our preferred tools for sharing materials.
Can I Upgrade after Signing Up?
Yes. The Basic plan is the foundation and as your business improves it’s easy to move into another of the plans.
