needed a major update for their website (which hadn’t been done since the original site went live in 1996!).

The navigation stayed pretty much the same, but distributing the Home page content in a more stream-lined fashion made it easier to direct visitors to the information they wanted.

And packaging it all in a wider, cleaner, and more modern framework.

Another major revision was to install a lead-gen box above the fold. This site gets a tremendous amount of unique visitors each month, but captures less than 5%. In the first month of launching the new site, this number increased 100%.

Some other additions were less obvious, but just as important; securing pages that contained customer transaction data and requiring certain fields to be mandatory to avoid spam bots.
